Christopher Beltran, Executive Director of FI Community

Christopher Beltran

Executive Director

Christopher has spent more than two decades building technology and communities for financial institutions. He founded Passageways, an Inc. 500 financial-services software company that grew to serve more than 450 banks and credit unions — including many of the largest institutions in the country.

His experience building communities spans industries: he has advised America's Credit Unions on building communities for credit unions, mentors professional tennis players through the ATP and WTA in a program launched at Wimbledon, and is a Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow. A co-founder of the Common Bonds Community Platform that powers FI Community, Christopher holds a B.S. from Purdue University.

As treasurer, Lora oversees the association's financial stewardship, drawing on her experience leading loan servicing at Gate City Bank. Founded in 1923, Gate City is one of North Dakota's largest banks, serving communities across North Dakota and central Minnesota.
